The service is impeccable. From the moment you experience their shuttle service, the VIP treatment never ends. The staffs are all very hospitable, efficient and very attentive to smallest details.
The resort is new so everything is new and clean. They maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the compound on a daily basis. Housekeeping is done every day.
The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed but quite smaller than the other Henann resorts. There is barely room for running around (when you have kids) between the beds and the work area. The bathrooms are very spacious though, with marble tops and high-quality bathtubs or shower area.
The beach area is maintained and cleaned on a daily basis as well as the 3 swimming pools. The 2 massive and lengthy pools are directly accessible from the rooms on the ground level and one deck pool is on the second floor close to the gym.
The resort is close to everything. Bars and restaurants abound in the area so there is no shortage of options to choose from. D’mall is also a short walk away
You can get more for your money when you stay at Henann Crystal Sands. For an upscale property, the price is excellent and comparatively cheaper than the other 5-star resorts in Station 1.
Additional amenities include: gym and fitness facilities, souvenir shop, convenience store, business center, elevators, in-room dining services, Free Wi-Fi access in public areas and in the rooms (but limited to only 2 devices per room) and laundry services. Since there’s no designated smoking area, non-smokers may suffer from second hand smoking though. Some of the best features of the resort aside from the beautiful beachfront location are its infinity pools. One is located on the upper deck with unobstructed view of the beach, palm trees and spectacular sunsets. The crystal pool bar in the middle is strategically placed so you don’t have to leave the pool to get a drink. Furthermore, the 2 massive swimming pools on the lower ground are accessible directly from the room’s balcony, a signature feature at Henann group resorts.
