Boracay Day Tours

from/per person$40

People who come to Boracay generally do so for the stunning beach and fantastic nightlife. The island offers the perfect balance between relaxation during the day, and nonstop action at night. Activities on the island revolve mostly around the beach and surrounding waters, but there are also some inland attractions as well.

Even though Boracay might not be the best place in the Philippines in terms of attractions and day tours, it still offers quite a wide selection of enjoyable activities. Prices are extremely affordable, so it is a very nice way to pass a couple of hours if you are bored of just laying at the beach.

Most of the tours we offer are done through SouthWest Tours, our leading partner on the island. They have been operating in Boracay for almost 30 years now, and are the biggest and most reputable tour operator there is. These are exactly the same tours you’ll be offered by touts while walking on the beach, only we take a smaller commission than they do. If you negotiate with them, they’ll surely drop the price much lower, but will take you to a less professional tour operator instead.

We highly recommend you book these tours through us – so you’ll enjoy peace of mind and support should something go wrong. All these tours can be easily added into your Boracay package with no additional cost, or booked as standalone services for only a small fee. Either way, we’ll be with you every step of the way and make sure everything goes according to plan. By booking with us you are guaranteed to enjoy the best possible service and have the time of your life.

What to do?

The most popular attractions in Boracay are the island hopping tour and extreme watersport activities. Since Boracay is a small island, most of the activities only take a few hours and are very easy to reach. For island hopping tours, we highly suggest you consider booking a private tour if your budget allows it – Boracay is very crowded and it makes the shared tours far less enjoyable.

Many people also try out diving, but to be honest we don't recommend it that much. It's only good if Boracay is the only island you'll be at, otherwise you can find much better places to try out diving, which will also be cheaper. Below you can find a detailed presentation of all the tours we recommend. If there's something you like to try and isn't shown on the list, all you need to do is contact us and we'll gladly arrange it for you.

Island hopping in Boracay

The classic island hopping tour is 5-6 hours long and costs 20$ for adult, and half the price for kids 5 years old or younger. This tour is one of the best ways to spend the day while in Boracay. However, if you really want to enjoy it to the fullest, booking a private tour will allow for much more flexibility and comfort. Price for private tour varies and highly depends on the amount of participants and your exact wishes, but generally speaking it should cost roughly 80$ per person including lunch. The private guide costs 70$ in total, which will be divided between all people taking the trip. Below you can find the itinerary for the standard group tour:

Boracay island hopping tour itinerary
08:00 Pickup from White Beach hotel
8:15 – 9:15 Visit Puka Beach
9:15 -11:00 Island hopping and snorkeling in Crocodile Island
11:30 – 12:30 BBQ Lunch at Nabaoy town
12:45 – 13:30 Cliff jumping in Magic Island
14:00 Back to White Beach

Water Sport Activities

We also offer a variety of water sports attractions which are available every day between 8 AM and 6 PM. You'll be picked up from your hotel and driven to the activity site in a private van, and all you have to do is let us know how long you'd like to stay there. Here's a list of the available activities and their price :

  • Flyfish : Minimum of 3 people, up to 6 max. Price is 1000P (20$) per person and the duration is 15 minutes or so
  • Banana Boat : Minimum of 5 people with a price of 450P (9$) per person. Ride lasts for 15 minutes.
  • Parasailing : This activity also takes 15 minutes and costs 2800P (56$) per person. If you are 2 or 3 people though, you'll get a discount.
  • Wakeboarding : Price per person varies depending on how long you want spend enjoying this attraction. It costs 2000P (40$) for 15 minutes, 3600P (72$) for 30 and 6500P (130$) for an hour.
  • Jetski (VX 1100) : You rent the jetski and 2 people can use it, so the price is for the unit and based on how long you need it for. 15 minutes cost 1900P (38$), 30 minutes 2400P (48$) and an hour would cost you 3800P (76$).
  • Paraw Sailing : You'll have to pay for the boat, and then an additional 500P (10$) per head. Between 8 AM and 4 PM the boat costs 1000P (20$) for an hour, while between 4 and 6 PM the price jumps to 1500P (30$) for only half an hour.

Half Day Tour to Ariel's Point

Ariel's point is a small island just 30 minutes from Boracay. The place is famous as one of the best cliff jumping spots in the world, but it also offers a ton of other exciting adventures. For only 2500P (50 USD) per person, you'll get to spend 5-6 hours on the island exploring the many activities it offers. Unlimited drinks and a BBQ buffet lunch are also included.

Among the many attractions this place offers, there are snorkeling, kayaking and short hikes and mountain climbing. The real highlight though is the cliff jumps – with 5 different levels you can try. Overall, this is a great place to get your adrenaline pumping and it offers a great switch from the usual beach bummin' you do at White Beach.

Helmet Diving Tour

Even though diving in Boracay is fairly unimpressive, this unique attraction is a whole different story. Not only diving skills aren't needed, you don't even need to know how to swim! You'll be walking on the ocean bed and come face to face with various fish and other marine creatures, so it's a great option for people who are afraid of diving.

The attraction is available during morning times, and only assuming the weather is fine. You get a boat ride to the floating platform, where a PADI certified instructor will give you a short brief before escorting you through the dive itself. Total dive time is 20 minutes and it costs 1000P (20$) per person.

Other inland attractions

The most popular activity is the ATV ride up to Mt. Luho – the highest point on the island which offers a stunning overview of the whole area. The whole tour takes an hour, and you can choose to go to either Mt. Luho for 30 minutes or drive to a remote beach instead and just chill there. An ATV ride costs 1000P (20$) per person, while taking a buggy car instead would double the price.

Another exciting adventure over at Mt.Luho is the cable car and zipline. First, you zipline 70m down for the mountain to a small beach below. Then, a cable car will take you back to the top. This is a perfect mixture of thrill and beautiful views of the whole island. The adventure only costs 800P per person (16$) and can be easily combined with the ATV tour if you want to do so.
